Southwestway Park 8400 Mann Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46221
Different race day schedule: the final race runs a two-race format on Sunday instead of the usual three. Race 1 starts at 10:00 AM with middle school boys, middle school girls, and JV3 girls. Race 2 starts at 11:30 AM with high school boys and girls. Be at staging 15 minutes before your start, and plan to stay for awards around 2:00 PM. Saturday is the usual pre-ride day, but registration closes at 4:00 PM, an hour earlier than other races.
Lodging: Southwestway Park doesn't allow on-site camping, so this one is a hotel weekend. Stay wherever works best for your family. If you'd like to be near the group, a couple of the coaches are booked at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Indianapolis Airport South, a little under ten minutes from the park.
Parking: construction has cut down the parking inside the park, on the east side of Mann Road. Overflow parking and portapotties are across the street on the west side, right across from the park entrance. Use caution crossing Mann Road, since traffic there has no stop signs at the entrance. The park is open to the public all weekend, so riders should watch for cars and other visitors.
Time zone: Southwestway is on Eastern Time, same as home, so no clock change.
Food and water: there is no food vendor on site, but restaurants are close by. Laps here are longer and tougher than our other venues, with a long climb up Mann Hill and plenty of roots, so pack extra water and snacks for your rider.
Saturday dinner: no potluck this time since we're not camping. We'll follow up on TeamSnap with a team dinner plan.
GRiT Gathering: Saturday at 4:00 PM, a special ride and activities for the girls.
Fayetteville, Arkansas
Open to everyone, no qualifying required. High schoolers race; middle schoolers are welcome to attend, soak in the big-event atmosphere, and check out the expo. Details coming soon.
Flyers can change. The league updates race flyers as conditions and details firm up, so check back close to race day. The Indiana NICA race series page is the league's official source, and the 2026 Event Guide covers the info that applies to every race.
